M.Zuiko Digital ED 100-400mm Overview
The M.Zuiko Digital ED 100-400mm F5.0-6.3 features the same dustproof and splashproof performance as the M.Zuiko PRO series, and when paired with the M.Zuiko Digital 2x Teleconverter MC-20, delivers up to 1600mm1 equivalent super-telephoto shooting in any environment.
The lens utilises the high optical performance of the master lens while extending the focal length and is compatible with the optional Teleconverter lenses MC- 14/MC-20. When paired with the 1.4x Teleconverter, 280- 1120mm equivalent1 super-telephoto shooting is possible, and when paired with the 2x Teleconverter MC-20, 400-1600mm equivalent1 super telephoto shooting is possible.
Equipped with in-lens image stabilisation, which is beneficial in the telephoto range, makes stable shooting possible with minimal negative effects of handshake on any camera body. Powerful telemacro performance with a closest focusing distance of 1.3m and a maximum magnification of 0.57x1 is possible.
