Sales Support

As a Photogear Sales Administrator, you will be assisting product manager with purchase orders, daily follow up with suppliers on order status, communication with customers on backorders. You will also be dealing with customer enquires via email and or phone calls. Photogear is looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer enquires over the phone or via email. Placing purchase orders and communication with suppliers. Customer services especially on backorder enquires. Build and maintain long term relationship with current customers Dealing with local suppliers Assisting with shop display and merchandising Other sales and customer service related tasks

Relevant Skills, Training and Experience:

  • Good knowledge of photo and video equipment preferred however, a willingness to learn & grow your knowledge is must to have.
