Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Returns, Exchanges, Repairs, and General Support Enquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with returns, exchanges, repairs, and general product support inquiries.
  • Liaising with External Technicians and Suppliers: Coordinate repair inquiries with external technicians and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Providing General After-Sales Support: Assist customers with any post-purchase questions or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction with their Photogear experience.
