Role Overview:

As a Photogear Salesperson, you will be the heartbeat of our team, serving as the go-to expert for customers seeking technical advice and product recommendations. You'll have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest gear, connect with industry professionals, and play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Engage customers online, over the phone, and in-store to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Drive sales by showcasing our extensive range of products and packages.
  • Customer Centricity: Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Build rapport with customers, offer expert advice, and ensure their satisfaction from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in photo and video gear. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of equipment features, specifications, and applications to assist customers effectively.
  • Supplier Relations: Collaborate with local suppliers to ensure timely availability of products and maintain strong partnerships. Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize inventory management and meet customer demand.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment. Arrange merchandise displays creatively to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
