The JJC LH-83L Lens Hood Replacement for Canon EW-83L Lens Hood is designed to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens. The non-glare matte finish on the inside further prevents or limits lens flare, and no vignetting will show with the hood on. It can also be placed backwards over the lens for more compact storage, and won't get in the way of 77mm filters and lens caps. With the extended lens end, you will also benefit from extra protection from accidental impact and inclement weather.

The JJC LH-83L lens hood replaces the Canon EW-83L lens hood.
