JOBY WAVO AIR Overview

For content creators, videographers, and interviewers at all levels, the JOBY Wavo AIR digital true wireless microphone system offers relieving simplicity, confidence-inspiring sound quality, and all the elements needed to easily record two subjects to a camera or mobile device. The transmitters not only work with the supplied external lavalier mics, but also feature built-in omni mic capsules so they can be used as wire-free, clip-on microphones.

With its ultracompact components and ready-from-the-factory operability, the entire system is designed to be sleek, small, and user-friendly. Setting the Wavo AIR apart from products in the same class are the highly versatile mounting options (some included and others available separately), which enable placement of the Wavo AIR on anything from clothing or a camera shoe to a pole or tripod. Complete with two wireless transmitters that have built-in omni mics, two lavalier microphones, and an ultracompact dual-channel receiver, the interview-ready Wavo AIR makes it easy for content creators to record two subjects to a camera or smartphone. Plus, it includes indoor and outdoor wind protection to keep wind rustling noise out of the signal.

Connect and Shoot

Cables for Mobile or Mirrorless

The Wavo AIR is supplied with TRS (for cameras) and TRRS (for mobile devices) audio cables, the receiver's 3.5mm output can be connected to virtually any imaging hardware.

Highly Versatile Mounting Options

Provided with clip-on supports, a pendant option, and a shoe mount, the Wavo AIR components can be positioned in a variety of places. Snag the Wavo AIR Expansion Kit (available separately) to maximize the mounting capabilities to include strap-based, hook-and-loop fastener, 1/4"-20, and additional cold shoe methods.
