Designed to stabilize light stands, tripods, and other supports, as well as serve as counterweights for boom arms, this pack of two HurleyPro H2Pro Weight Bags from Westcott arrives on set or on location each weighing just 0.9 lb, but expanding to weigh 8.7 lb using a simple, locally available substance—water.

Made of heavy-duty durable fabric, the interior of the bag holds a reservoir with a large, oversized lid that makes it easy to fill it from hoses, faucets, or even streams or bodies of water on location. The return on investment is very fast using the funds you'll save by not having to ship filled sandbags. The bag has a strong nylon strap for hanging, and a full side zipper to join two bags together for a saddlebag design or join several bags for additional weight.
