MOFAGE POCO II Drop-In Filter Adapter Kit (Sony E to ARRI PL)

Overview

The MOFAGE POCO II Drop-In Filter Adapter Kit (Sony E to ARRI PL) is a PL lens mount adapter and interchangeable filter cradle in one, letting Sony E-mount cameras take PL lenses while carrying a quick-swap filter platform behind the glass. The kit includes a MOFAGE variable neutral density filter cartridge, making it a practical option for mirrorless and digital cinema bodies that lack built-in ND control. Because the camera mount and lens mount are both interchangeable, the adapter can be reconfigured for other mount combinations down the line rather than being locked to a single pairing.

Compact Rear-Mounted Filter System

Screw-on circular filters get unwieldy once you're juggling several lens diameters across a kit, and while matte boxes solve that, their bulky profile can interfere with a compact rig. The POCO II relocates its interchangeable filter system to the rear of the adapter, so switching filters adds minimal bulk to the setup.

Swappable Camera and Lens Mounts

This kit ships with a Sony E camera mount and PL lens mount preinstalled, but both the adapter ring and lens mount can be swapped for other mount types, so the same adapter body can be reconfigured as your camera or lens lineup changes.

Push-Button Filter Changes

A button on the side of the adapter releases the filter cartridge, and each filter clicks firmly back into place, keeping the system secure even in fast-moving production environments.

Variable ND with Follow-Focus Gear

The included variable ND filter has hard stops between ND0.3 and ND2.4, giving cameras without native light control a way to manage exposure, and its integrated 0.8 MOD gear ring can be driven by a follow focus motor for remote adjustment. A Pure Clear filter is also included for when no light reduction is needed. Additional filters, including White Mist, Black Mist, Orange Streak, and a Circular Polarizer, are available separately.
