Each transmitter doubles as a standalone recorder with 32-bit float internal recording and up to 28 hours of onboard storage, so audio stays safe even if the wireless link drops out. The charging case keeps both transmitters and the receiver topped up on the go, and DJI's AI-upgraded noise canceling helps vocals stay clear and consistent wherever you're shooting.

32-Bit Float Internal Recording

32-bit float internal recording captures a vast dynamic range on the transmitter itself, reducing the need for constant gain adjustments during a shoot. Even in chaotic recording conditions, audio can be recovered in post-production without clipping or loss, keeping every take usable. Internal recordings can be saved as the original track or an algorithm-enhanced version, whichever suits your editing workflow.

28-Hour Internal Storage

The transmitter's approximately 14.5GB of onboard storage holds up to 28 hours of loop recording per unit, so a dropped wireless connection never means lost audio. Recording can start automatically when a transmitter powers on, or sync with the receiver so it starts and stops with your camera, and it also auto-triggers if the receiver's battery runs low. Connect the charging case directly to a computer or smartphone to transfer recordings at speeds of up to 34 MB/s, moving 30 minutes of 24-bit audio across in around eight seconds.

Two-Level AI Noise Canceling

DJI's proprietary noise-canceling AI model precisely isolates and suppresses ambient noise in real time, so vocals come through with clear transparency and detail. The included windscreen reduces wind and handling noise further, keeping audio crisp for outdoor vlogging, live streaming, or any noisy environment.

Adaptive Gain & Voice Tone Presets

Two adaptive gain modes keep volume balanced without manual adjustment: Clipping Control attenuates sudden spikes to protect audio in unpredictable environments like racetracks, while Loudness Balance dynamically adjusts gain to keep interviews and live streams sounding consistent. Three voice tone presets let you shape the sound to match your style:

Lightweight Magnetic Wearable Design

The detachable clip rotates fully, so it can be mounted sideways or upside down to keep audio pickup aligned no matter how it's worn. Beyond the included Glaze White and Obsidian Black covers, additional magnetic front covers let you personalize the transmitter's look or blend it into a shot.

The system supports Mono, Stereo, and Quadraphonic channel modes for flexible audio routing, and Safety Track can be enabled in the DJI Mimo app to record a backup track at -6 dB, helping protect against clipping and distortion. Connected to a Sony camera via the DJI Mic Series Camera Adapter, the receiver's Quadraphonic mode outputs four independent audio tracks, giving you precise track separation and more flexibility when mixing in post-production.

Wide Device Compatibility

The receiver's 3.5mm TRS port connects to cameras, phones, tablets, and computers, making this kit equally at home on a DSLR rig or a simple desktop podcast setup.

A full charge recharges two transmitters and one receiver simultaneously for approximately 3.2 full cycles, contributing to a total of up to 40 hours of extended use, and the case itself recharges via USB-C in approximately 2 hours.

Bluetooth Direct-to-Phone Recording

The transmitter also works as a standalone Bluetooth microphone, connecting directly to a smartphone for recording or live streaming apps without the receiver at all. Settings and firmware updates are managed through the DJI Mimo app.

Instant Reconnection with Paired Devices

Each transmitter stores pairing data for up to two receivers and one compatible Osmo camera, so previously paired devices reconnect automatically. This lets creators swap between devices quickly without interrupting a shoot.

Transmission Range & Battery Life

Paired with the included receiver, the transmitter reaches up to 400 m of transmission range.
