The Elgato Game Capture Neo (Black) is a plug-and-play capture device that sits between your console and your screen, so you can record and stream your gameplay with your laptop or iPad. It passes the game through to your TV at up to 4K60 HDR with no lag while capturing in 1080p60, and works with any capture app, with no settings to fiddle with.

Recordings have no watermarks or time limits, ready for Twitch, YouTube, Discord or TikTok. Its compact, portable design is easy to take with you, and a USB-C to USB-A cable comes in the box.

Lag-Free 4K60 HDR Pass-Through

There is no need to lower your console's resolution or put up with delay. The Neo sends the game to your screen at up to 4K60 HDR, exactly as it should look, while it records a 1080p60 copy for streaming and uploads, so you play on the big screen and share the same session online.

Capture on an iPad

Keep your setup minimal by connecting the Neo to an iPad over USB-C, using a third-party cable or adapter. The iPad then becomes both your gaming screen and your recorder through your capture app, so no separate display is needed. iPad takes one audio source at a time, so it records either your microphone or the game sound, not both together.
