Overview

The Escura SnapRoll Key Chain Digital Camera is an ultracompact novelty camera designed to replicate the look and feel of a classic 35mm film roll. Weighing just 22 grams, it captures square 1440 x 1440 photos and 720 x 720 video at 30 fps, with a digital display that simulates the frame of a 35mm film negative. Each SnapRoll ships in a random-style blind box: you'll receive one of six retro film-inspired designs at random, with a rare chance of the transparent edition, and the specific design is always a surprise until you open the box.

Compact Fixed-Lens Design

The SnapRoll pairs a 2-megapixel CMOS sensor with a fixed 3.2mm f/2.8 lens and a 1/125 shutter speed, shooting from approximately 0.3 m to infinity. It is powered by a built-in 180mAh rechargeable lithium polymer battery that charges via the included USB-C cable, and photos and video save to a separately available microSD card between 4GB and 64GB.

Retro Filters & Film Frame

A 1.3" display doubles as a digital photo frame, pre-loaded with a 35mm film simulation frame and four color filters.

Random-Style Blind Box Designs

Each SnapRoll is styled to mimic a classic 35mm film canister. One of seven designs is selected for you at random when you order, so you cannot choose which one you receive, and every box looks identical from the outside until it's opened.

• SR-G400e: blue canister featuring a half-circle color wheel.
