Godox ES01 Electric Suction Base

Overview

The Godox ES01 Electric Suction Base is a compact, motorised suction mount that positions select on-camera flashes and compact LED lights exactly where they're needed, on desks, glass, windows, and other smooth, non-porous surfaces. A single press activates the built-in motorised vacuum pump, creating a secure hold in seconds with no manual pumping required, and the suction is continuously monitored and automatically reactivated if pressure ever drops during a shoot. Roughly the size of a tennis ball and rated to support up to 0.6kg, it's an easy way to create off-camera lighting positions that a traditional light stand can't reach, from portraits and product shoots to events and interiors.

One-Press Motorised Suction

Place the base on a clean, smooth surface and press the button to activate the built-in motorised vacuum pump, which creates a secure hold in seconds. The same button also releases the suction cleanly when it's time to move the light.

Automatic Suction Monitoring

The base continuously monitors its vacuum seal while in use, and if suction pressure drops, the motor automatically reactivates to restore the hold, helping keep a flash or LED securely mounted throughout a shoot.

Built-In Battery and USB-C Charging

A built-in lithium battery powers the suction motor and recharges in around an hour via the USB-C port. A buzzer and red indicator light warn when the battery is low, so the base can be recharged before it's needed again.

Pocket-Sized, Location-Ready

At roughly the size of a tennis ball and weighing approximately 69g, the base fits easily into a camera bag, making it a genuinely portable mounting accessory for photographers working on location.
