Overview

The Leofoto LCR-01 Flash Transfer Card Case (Orange) is a combined card reader and rugged storage case built for photographers and videographers who need to move large volumes of footage quickly while keeping their media secure in the field. Its aluminum alloy body sits inside a shock-absorbing silicone sleeve rated IP54 for dust and splash resistance, and an integrated metal carabiner lets it clip straight onto a bag, belt, or camera strap. Beyond reading cards, it doubles as physical storage for up to eleven cards at once, making it equally useful as a fast transfer tool and a compact media wallet for a full day of shooting.

Fast USB-C 3.2 Data Transfers

Built around a USB 3.2 Gen 2 chipset, the LCR-01 connects over a 10 Gb/s USB-C interface and moves large raw photo files and 4K/8K video in seconds. CFexpress Type A and Type B cards transfer at up to 1000 MB/s, while UHS-II SDXC cards reach up to 800 MB/s. The included UHS-I microSD to SD adapter lets microSD media be read through the SD slot at up to 90 MB/s.

Triple-Slot Reader Design

• Independent slots for one CFexpress Type A card and one CFexpress Type B card.
• A third slot reads UHS-II SDXC cards, with microSD cards supported via the included adapter.
• Two card slots can be read simultaneously; when all three are filled, the CFexpress Type B and SDXC slots are prioritized.
• To use the CFexpress Type A and SDXC slots together, leave the CFexpress Type B slot empty.

Eleven-Card Storage Capacity

Alongside its three active reader slots, the LCR-01 doubles as a protective storage case for eight more cards: two SD cards, two microSD cards, two SIM cards, one CFexpress Type A card, and one CFexpress Type B card. A recessed slot design keeps stored cards secure even while others are being read, reducing wear and simplifying workflow in the field.

Rugged Aluminum & Silicone Build

The case body is crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy and wrapped in a durable silicone sleeve that adds shock absorption, anti-slip grip, and IP54-rated dust and splash resistance. A built-in sealing ring helps keep data safe from water, dust, and impact on outdoor shoots or in rugged environments, and a concentric ripple texture on the silicone shell improves grip and feel in the hand.

Plug-and-Play Connectivity

The USB-C interface makes the LCR-01 compatible with modern laptops, tablets, and OTG-enabled smartphones, offering instant file access, hot-swapping, and safe ejection. A USB-C to USB-A adapter can be used for connecting to older computers.
