It is a natural fit for blooming flowers, sunsets and moonrises, and it handles self-timer, long-exposure and interval timing along with the shot count.

Program exposures up to 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds, and anything up to 399 frames or an unlimited number. Settings appear on a backlit LCD that is readable at night. It doubles as a shutter release cable (half-press to focus, full press to shoot, and slide the button up to lock the shutter for long exposures), which limits camera shake and helps with self-portraits. The box holds the remote, two AAA batteries, a manual and a warranty card.
