Overview

The SmallRig 6985 Variable ND & Circular Polarizer Filter Kit for Insta360 Luna Ultra (Black) puts light control and reflection control on the Luna Ultra: a variable neutral density (ND) filter that steps from ND2 to ND32 and a circular polarizer (CPL) that cuts glare and deepens colour.

Both use scratch-resistant optical glass with nano-crystal and anti-reflective coatings for clear images, and a magnetic quick mount makes them fast to fit and remove while holding securely. A filter case and cleaning cloth are included. Use one filter at a time, as they can't be stacked.

Five-Step Variable ND

The variable ND filter offers five settings, ND2, ND4, ND8, ND16 and ND32, so you can control the light precisely as conditions change, slowing the shutter for natural motion blur or keeping exposure in check in bright sun. One filter takes the place of several fixed ND filters, so there's less to carry.

Circular Polarizer

The CPL filter reduces reflections from water, glass and non-metallic painted surfaces while enhancing colour saturation, and it's useful for separating blue sky from white clouds. Turning the control ring fine-tunes how much reflection is removed, so you can keep a little shine where it looks natural or clear it completely.
