Hobolite Avant Bi-Color LED Light (Creator Kit)

Optimized for portability and graced with a unique vintage styling, the Avant Bi-Color LED Light Creator Kit from Hobolite includes a compact, yet powerful light that produces a bright and even burst of illumination. Designed for image makers on the go, the light packs a bi-color punch, color accuracy, and smooth dimming. Quickly adjust brightness and color temperature settings with a full color LCD screen and knurled knobs. Control is also possible via app and NFC tap to quickly customize eight lighting effects.


Creator Kit
This kit combines the Avant with a set of barndoors with colored filters, a V-mount handle, a V-mount clamp, a D-tap cable, and power supply. A light stand and a softbox are also included for a complete studio setup. Furthermore, the fixture accepts a separately available Bowens mount adapter to conveniently work with optional full-sized light modifiers. Hobolite includes a classy, sturdy bag for storage and transportation of the light and smaller accessories.

  • Provides soft light with smooth shadow transitions
  • Tunable CCT from 2700 to 6500K
  • CRI 96 and TLCI 96 for accurate color reproduction
  • Detachable lens transforms the output into a focused beam angle of 45° to deliver up to 7993 lux at 3.3' (6500K)
  • The separately available Avant Adjustable Lens adjusts the beam angle within a range of 13 to 30°

  • Four-button quick setting system provides efficient light adjustments
  • Turn the knobs to seamlessly adjust the intensity from 0 to 100% and CCT from 2700 to 6500K
  • Simply push the knobs for adjustments in fixed and quick steps

Whether you're in the studio or out in the field, the Avant can be easily powered. Providing a reliable solution for your lighting needs, you can effortlessly switch from AC to DC power. The unit delivers from 50 to 210 minutes of runtime using the included Hobolite V-mount battery.
