Godox F800R Overview

Full Color Flexibility

Color and flexibility combine with the KNOWLED F800R RGB Flexible LED Light Mat from Godox. Expanding the brand's F series of foldable LEDs, the F800R will add a variety of colors to your video or photo productions. Not only is this 4 x 4' LED mat physically flexible, but it has also been designed for flexible RGB color control. This 900W LED light has a wider CCT range that is adjustable from 1800 to 10,000K compared to the bi-color F series. The light also brings more creative options than its previous version, with 14 effects for easy lighting simulations. It offers AC power compatibility and multiple control methods. Unlike the smaller F series mats, the Ethernet in this model supports the advanced Art-Net and sACN protocols. The F800R is a powerful, lightweight, and portable solution that can literally be bent or folded to suit different environments. The light comes with the controller, a connector cable, a power cable, a metal bracket for mounting, a standard softbox for diffusion, and a carry case for storage.

The F800R is ideal for image-makers who need a versatile and literally flexible RGB lighting solution. The Godox KNOWLED F series of foldable LED mats is designed for those working in various lighting scenarios, including but not limited to advertising and e-commerce setups to larger film and television productions. This 4 x 4' version delivers a bright light output of 23,700 lux at 1 meter and 5600K.

Full RGB Lighting

Keeping high color rendition scores of 96 CRI and 97 TLCI ensures that professionals get accurate color output at all times. The F800R gives you total control of the color with CCT, RGBW, HSI, GEL, XY, and FX modes. Just as the previous bi-color-only series, the F800R also features variable intensity from 0 to 100% in 0.1% increments and four dimming curves - linear, S-curve, exponential, and logarithmic.

Advanced Control Methods

Although the F800R was made to facilitate the user experience, the LED mat offers advanced control methods to meet all kinds of needs. Make lighting adjustments on the controller unit or by industry-standard protocols such as DMX512, RDM, or LumenRadio CRMX. Expanding your options, the Ethernet control supports the more advanced Art-Net and sACN protocols. If you are working in less demanding setups, the F800R can also be controlled via Bluetooth using the Godox Light or Godox KNOWLED apps from up to 30 meters away.

Differently from its bi-color version, the F800R is rated at IP54 for both the light and the controller. This ensures protection from dust and water in both outdoor and indoor scenarios.
