K&F Lens Adapter Overview

The K&F Canon FD/FL 35mm Lens to Leica SL, T, Sigma FP, Panasonic L-Mount Camera Adapter is strictly manual, meaning it does not support autofocus or electronic aperture control. Since there are no electronic contacts, the aperture of your lens will default to its maximum setting when attached. Users must manually adjust focus and exposure for optimal results.

Lens Compatibility

Designed specifically for Canon FD & FL lenses, this adapter is not compatible with Canon EF or EOS lenses. Before purchasing, ensure your lens matches the FD or FL mount to avoid compatibility issues.

Camera Compatibility

This adapter is built for L-mount cameras, including models from Leica (SL, SL2, T, TL, TL2, CL), Panasonic Lumix (S1, S1R, S1H), and Sigma FP series. If you own an L-mount camera and want to use classic Canon FD/FL lenses, this adapter is an ideal solution.

First-Time Setup

To use this adapter, you must enable the "release shutter without lens" setting in your camera’s menu. Without this setting enabled, the camera will not recognize the attached lens, preventing you from taking photos. Be sure to adjust this setting before first use.

What is L mount / L bayonet?

• L mount is developed jointly by Leica, Panasonic and Sigma, for full-frame mirrorless cameras.
• L mount cameras including: Leica SL SL2 T TL TL2 CL cameras; Panasonic Lumix S1 S1R S1H cameras; Sigma FP cameras, etc.
• L mount is not simply equivalent to Leica camera (Leica M, Leica R, Leica L are different mounts), please confirm your camera mount before purchase, or ask us for help.
