How to Trade-In?

Are you looking at upgrading your current setup or just wanting to clear the dusty shelves?
Get in touch with us and we will trade in your old camera gear.
We pay top dollar for your Pre-Loved gear and can provide quotes as you wait. If you are not able to come visit us in store then we can also assist you over email. You can email us photos of the gear and we can give you an approximate price. If you are happy to proceed we will need to inspect the gear in person before offering you a final price. You can then post the gear to us for a final inspection.
We do not pay cash for pre-loved gear, we can offer you store credit that can be saved or put towards a new purchase of gear.
If you are buying Pre-Loved gear from us, you are more than welcome to visit us in store and test the gear out before buying. All our pre-loved products have been inspected and are in working order and good condition. We also offer a 3 month store warranty for manufacturer faults on pre-loved products.

Frequently Asked Questions:Do we trade in for cash/Buy cameras? We do not pay cash for cameras for other trad-in's. We can offer store credit or you can put it towards another purchase.
This is case by case but usually we will not trade-in anything other than digital cameras and lenses.

You can send us an email at sales@photogear.co.nz with photos and a description of the items and their condition. We can offer a ball-park figure over email and if you are happy with that you will need to ship the items to us for a final inspection before we give you a final price. |
