| We offer full after-sales support if you buy from us. If you have a product that has broken from your own doing or from its own doing we will be able to help. We know how frustrating it can be when you buy a new piece of gear and it it DOA (dead on arrival). If you have an item tat is out of warranty, don't worry we will still be able to help. Bring your gear in to store and have a chat to one of our staff members and we can help from there. If you cant make it into store, give us a call or email us on Sales@photogear.co.nz for advice. |

We also offer sensor cleaning for your camera. Whether you have a DSLR or Mirrorless camera, or a Micro Four Thirds, APS-C, Full-Frame or Medium Format camera we can help clean it! Sensor cleaning can be done while you wait, or if you are not in a rush it can be done overnight.
Our wide range of rental gear means that, in some cases, we can offer you a loan unit while your gear is getting repaired. This is case by case and will need to be discussed when the gear is being handed over at the start. We will offer support as much as we can, but we also rent our gear so it may not be available.
