Overview
The SmallRig Cage for Canon EOS R1 (5413) enhances camera protection and accessory expandability while maintaining full access to all controls. This full-cover cage is precision-engineered for the EOS R1, offering reliable defense and flexible shooting support.
Protective and Secure Fit
The cage features a full-cover construction and a three-point locking system using a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and dual side locating blocks to prevent movement. Built-in silicone pads protect the camera body from scratches.
Quick Release Compatibility
Built-in Arca-Swiss quick release plates on the bottom and left side support seamless switching between landscape and portrait orientations. The bottom plate is directly compatible with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, and RS 4 Pro gimbals.
Accessory Mounting Options
Expansion options include 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 ARRI locating holes, multiple cold shoe mounts, QD sockets, and strap slots. The cage comes with a detachable cold shoe mount for horizontal placement in either orientation.
Accessory Compatibility
Compatible with a range of accessories, including handles (ID 3765, 4015), shoulder straps (ID PSC2428), and wrist straps (ID 3848), the cage provides extensive customization for professional setups.
