Designed for the perfect balance of artistry and precision, the MANTIS 50mm T2.0 1.33x Anamorphic Lens from BLAZAR LENS captures cinematic, widescreen images on an extensive range of camera sensor formats. The 1.33x anamorphic squeeze factor not only allows for an expansive 2:1 aspect ratio on full-frame, 36 x 24mm camera sensors, but it also elevates visual quality, adding rich visual character, signature oval bokeh, and enhanced image depth.

With its 0.5 m minimum focus distance, the 50mm lens provides flexibility in composition, making it suitable for detailed close-up, medium, and establishing shots. Its comprehensive aperture range of T2.0 to T22 ensures performance in diverse lighting scenarios, while providing versatile focus depth for precise compositions. This lens features a native Sony E mount that can be interchanged with separately available ARRI PL, Canon EF, Canon RF, FUJIFILM X, Nikon Z, and Leica L-mounts for wide-ranging camera compatibility. The MANTIS series sports uniform front outside diameters of 80mm and filter threads of 77mm for maximal efficiency during lens swaps.
