• Next to the inputs is the #1 output. This output is unique in that it passes along the smart battery data to audio recorders that can decode the telemetry data.

USB-C Output

• The top of the SPD-Mini features a 5V USB-C output with support for 10W of power delivery.

Quick Charging

• The S-95 can be charged in just over 2 hours when paired with the Deity DQC1 portable smart battery charger (available separately).

Built-In Battery Meter

The Deity Microphones SPD-T4BATT Smart DC/Data Power Cable provides a reliable and versatile DC power solution for TA4F-compatible audio equipment. Its compatibility with a wide range of devices (including the SPD-1 Smart Power Distributor and Sound Devices 833, 888, and Scorpio), easy-to-use design, and telemetry data makes it a must-have accessory for audio professionals. The SPD-T4BATT is terminated with a battery cup at one end and a TA4F connector at the other. It is specifically designed to hold a 2054 smart battery, known for its reliability and long battery life (battery available separately).

To ensure you never run out of power at the wrong time, the SPD-T4BATT passes telemetry data from the battery to the SPD-1 power distro or recorder. This provides you with all the information you need, like total power consumption, battery temperatures, voltage, battery life, and battery cycle count—especially important when stopping production or moving between locations.

The Deity Microphones DQC1 is designed to charge the Deity S-95 smart battery as well as any 2054-style battery that meets the SBS Specification Version 1.1 standard. Supercompact and portable this smart-battery charger is an ideal choice for reality TV, news, and documentary crews. The DQC1 can easily be packed in a bag and taken on location, ensuring that your batteries are always charged and ready to go.

USB-C Input

The DQC1 features a USB-C input for charging the connected battery and supports up to 45W max. The charging module is housed inside a metal chassis. It also features a 4-LED charging meter, allowing you to monitor the progress of your battery's charge.
