GoPro Media Mod

This was purchased to enable connection to a set of DJI Mic2 microphones which it does well. I don't seem to be able to download the GoPro data from the USB port on the Media Mod when the camera is fitted which is disappointing as have to remove the camera from the Mod each time. Maybe I am doing something wrong?
