Metabones ARRI PL to Sony E Adapter Overview

The Metabones ARRI PL Lens to Sony E-Mount T Adapter (Black) allows ARRI PL lenses to be seamlessly attached to Sony E-mount cameras or camcorders. Crafted with a durable aluminum alloy and brass construction, it features a chromium-plated finish for longevity and precision. Its interior is flocked with felt material to minimize internal reflections, preserving optical clarity. A detachable Arca-Type tripod foot adds stability and is compatible with Metabones’ Mount-Rod Support Kit, as well as Arca Swiss, Markins, and Photo Clam ball heads.

This adapter supports accurate infinity focus and maintains the optimal registration distance for high-quality performance, especially with CRC or floating-element lenses. Part of Metabones' Smart Adapter™ series, it integrates advanced electronic aperture control, allowing automatic or manual aperture adjustments directly from the camera. The adapter also transmits EXIF data, including lens identification, focal length, and aperture, ensuring full compatibility and streamlined functionality.
