Traveling overseas? Shop your favourite camera gear GST-free and collect it at Auckland Airport before you fly.

We’ll handle the paperwork and delivery — you just pick up and go!

 How It Works

  1. Browse & Choose — Find the items you’d like to buy on our website or in-store.
  2. Contact Us — Let us know what you want and your flight details (see below).
  3. We Deliver to the Airport — Your order will be ready for pickup after check-in and before boarding at Auckland Airport’s Duty Free collection point.

Please note: items must be suitable for hand luggage.

What You’ll Save

Duty Free means you don’t pay GST (15%) on your purchase. Some brands or products may incur a small airport handling surcharge. Contact us with your product list and we’ll confirm your final price and total savings.

When to Order

To make sure your gear is ready for pickup:

  • Place and pay for your order at least 3 days before your international flight.
  • We deliver to Auckland Airport within 48 hours of departure.

What We Need From You

To arrange Duty Free collection, please provide:

  • Passport number
  • Full legal name (as shown on your passport)
  • Nationality
  • Flight date, time, and flight number

Important Notes

  • ✈️ This service is only available for flights departing from Auckland Airport.
  • You must be leaving New Zealand to use Duty Free.
  • If you’re flying from another city (e.g. Christchurch → Auckland → International), pickup happens in Auckland before your international leg.
