With 0.01–1.5 sec recycling, full TTL compatibility, and 350 full-power flashes per charge, it supports demanding shooting days. Its Freeze mode offers flash durations from 1/2310 to 1/24,390 sec, while normal mode ranges from 1/220 to 1/14,920 sec. High-speed sync operates up to 1/8000 sec, making the flash suitable for bright outdoor environments and action control.

The upgraded body features a more modern aesthetic, simplified local controls, and a smooth metal control dial. A color display ensures instant readability of settings. The Color-Stable mode maintains consistent 5800K (±200K) output across all power levels. Designed for seamless pairing with the separately available X3 trigger, the AD300Pro II supports one-tap sync activation to reduce setup complexity. The flash is part of the Godox 2.4 GHz X system, delivering up to 100 m wireless range, 16 groups, 32 channels, and 99 IDs. Color group indicators help identify light groups at a glance, even during multi-light setups.
