Nanuk 908 Hard Case (Black, 8.8L)

The black, 8.8L 908 Hard Case from Nanuk is made from crush, dust, and waterproof lightweight NK-7 polypropylene resin. It protects and stores delicate small- and medium-sized items like photo/video gear, batteries, lenses, flash drives, hard drives, microphone systems, pistols, fishing gear, binoculars, scopes, medical devices, instrumentation, industrial tools, or other personal and professional equipment. This version of the 908 is offered without an insert, leaving the entire 24.1 x 19.1 x 19.1 cm interior available for complete customization for your specific gear.

Its molded-in bezel and gasket are held fast with the PowerClaw latching system. This patented latch uses compressive force to tightly clamp the case shut to a waterproof and dustproof IP67 rating, with an integrated slide lock that prevents the case from opening during transport or if dropped. For additional security, there are two 0.86 cm padlock holes integrated into the case and lid. The case features a built-in pressure relief valve that regulates the internal pressure, keeping your gear and the case from getting crushed during air travel and allowing you to open the case without having to break a tough pressurized seal that may develop. Further design features include an integrated lid stay that prevents the lid from closing on your hand, rustproof and strong stainless steel hardware, and a foldable soft-grip handle at the top. This case can be stacked with other Nanuk 908 cases for your convenience.
