Nanuk 908 Hard Case with Foam Insert (Red, 8.8L)

Overview

This red 908 Hard Case from Nanuk has an 8.8L capacity and a foam insert to protect your delicate items during storage and transport. The case accommodates photo/video gear, batteries, lenses, flash drives, hard drives, microphone systems, pistols, fishing gear, binoculars, scopes, medical devices, instruments, industrial tools, or other equipment. Made from dust, crush, and waterproof NK-7 polypropylene resin, it has a cubed foam insert so you can customize the interior for your specific needs. There is a convoluted egg crate foam layer for the lid and a solid base layer for the bottom.

Its molded-in bezel and gasket are held fast with two PowerClaw latches that use compressive force to keep the case closed to a dust and waterproof IP67 rating. An integrated slide lock prevents the case from opening during transport or if dropped. For additional security, the case accepts user-supplied padlocks. It has a built-in pressure release valve that regulates the internal pressure, allowing you to open the case without having to break a tough pressurized seal that may develop during air travel. Further design features include an integrated lid stay that prevents the lid from closing on your hand, rustproof and strong stainless steel hardware, and a foldable soft-grip top handle. This case can be stacked with other Nanuk 908 cases for convenient storage.
