Overview
Portkeys LH5C 5.4" Camera Control Monitor is a professional on-camera monitor featuring an HD IPS touchscreen, 800 nits brightness, 10-bit (8+2 FRC) color, Rec.709 and 85% DCI-P3 coverage, 3D-LUT monitoring with HDMI LUT output, extensive exposure/focus tools, and wired camera control for select models from Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Z CAM, and Blackmagic Design. With low 7.5 W power draw, a built-in Sony L-Series battery plate, and rugged ABS+PC housing, it delivers powerful monitoring and control in a compact, lightweight form.

HD IPS panel (13.7 cm) at 1920 × 1152 with 1000:1 contrast and wide 178° viewing. The 10-bit (8+2 FRC) engine minimizes banding for accurate monitoring, while 800 nits brightness and the included sunshade support comfortable outdoor viewing.
Color Management
Covers 100% Rec.709 and 85% of DCI-P3. Supports 3D-LUT monitoring with real-time LUT output over HDMI. Load up to 20 custom LUTs via the bottom USB-A interface.

360° color grader for targeted hue/saturation edits. Quick controls include backlight, contrast, color temperature, sharpness, chroma, brightness, tint, HDR/HLG, and H/V image flip with persistent on-screen adjustments.
Camera Control
Dedicated CAMERA REMOTE interface enables wired control via micro/mini-USB, USB-C, or LANC for compatible cameras from Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Z CAM, and Blackmagic Design (e.g., Sony FX3/FX30/FX6; Canon EOS C80/C400). Adjust aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and white balance directly on the touchscreen. Touch Focus is available on supported models, and a Focus Tracking frame (currently for Sony) lets you position the camera’s tracking box from the monitor.
Connectivity & Power
Left side: HDMI input (up to DCI 4K30) and 3.5 mm headphone out. Right side: HDMI output (up to 1080p60), USB-C 3.0 5 V power input, and a 1/4″-20 mount with anti-twist grooves. Bottom: USB-A (LUTs & Freeze Frame), micro-USB camera remote, and a second 1/4″-20 mount. Back: integrated Sony L-Series (NP-F) battery plate.
Low 7.5 W consumption enables hours of use with compact NP-F batteries (e.g., NP-F550). USB-C input supports external power (e.g., power banks). Operating voltage range: 7–24 V.
Build & Handling
ABS + PC construction at 162 g with a slim 135.1 × 82.5 × 22 mm footprint. Top panel includes main menu/UI lock, power indicator, and power switch. Built-in silent fan aids cooling. Includes sunshade for glare reduction.
