Overview

The PORTKEYS 7" HDMI/SDI High-Bright Monitor with Wireless Camera Control allows you to preview and control video across multiple cameras with a single compact touchscreen. It supports DCI 4K30 input via HDMI, 1080p input via 3G-SDI, and can output to additional displays via HDMI and SDI. Using the Movnorm OS interface, you can wirelessly monitor and control up to four cameras simultaneously via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, making it ideal for multi-camera setups.

High-Quality 4K Monitoring

Monitor up to DCI 4K30 video on a 1920 x 1080 LCD with 16:9 aspect ratio, 1000:1 contrast, and 1000 cd/m² brightness. The 160° viewing angle allows visibility from different positions, making it suitable for both outdoor and indoor shooting.

Multi-Camera Control

Control basic functions on multiple cameras via wired or wireless connectivity. The monitor supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, allowing connection to compatible cameras. You can monitor and control up to four cameras simultaneously, selecting each from the monitor interface. Touch focus, start/stop, and other camera parameters are accessible directly from the monitor.

3D LUTs

Apply 3D LUTs on the fly and loop outputs to external displays. Custom LUTs can be loaded via USB-A and stored on the monitor for consistent color management across shoots.

Professional Built-In Imaging Tools

The LS7P features exposure tools such as peaking, zebra, and false color; waveform tools including luma, RGB, and audio meters; freeze frame; monitoring guides such as crosshairs, grids, and frame guides; color adjustments like contrast, sharpness, tint, and chroma; and image ratio adjustments including anamorphic de-squeeze, rectangle crop, and preset lens ratios.

Power & Mounting

The monitor includes a rear flex mount with an L-series dummy battery, allowing quick attachment of video transmitters or receivers. The L-series battery plate can provide power to external accessories. The LS7P is powered by Sony L-series batteries or via locking DC input. Its chassis is made of lightweight aluminum, and customizable control buttons allow assignment of frequently used functions. Multiple 1/4"-20 threads enable mounting to arms, cameras, and rigs.

Multi-Brand Camera Control within 50m

Using the built-in wireless control, a single LS7P monitor can manage up to four monitors within 50 meters. This allows fast and stable parameter adjustment and touch focus control across different camera brands.

LOG Stops

The monitor automatically identifies LOG signals based on camera STOP data and divides them into multiple exposure zones. Exposure is visualized with percentage histograms, zebra patterns, and false color, supporting up to 19 exposure levels. Each zone can be customized, enabled, or disabled individually for precise exposure monitoring.

Auto-Adaptive LOG Stops (Sony Only)

When connected to a Sony camera, the monitor automatically detects the LOG profile and loads the matched exposure data, improving shooting efficiency and reducing manual setup.

Touch Focus

Tap the screen to set focus quickly and intuitively. This allows rapid subject-to-subject focus shifts and is supported on select RED, Canon, Panasonic, and Sony cameras.

Touch Focus with Tracking Frame

For compatible cameras, the monitor displays a focus frame and enables tracking mode. The frame automatically follows moving subjects, ensuring precise focus and reducing out-of-focus shots. Available on select Sony cameras.

ND Filter Control

The LS7P supports direct control of built-in ND filters for fast exposure adjustments. Compatible cameras include ARRI-MINI, Canon C400, Canon C80, Sony FX6, and Sony Z380.
