Overview

The Sony RM-IP500  Professional Remote Controller for Select Sony PTZ Cameras provides full control of Sony BRC-X1000, BRC-H800, BRC-H900, and SRG-360SHE PTZ cameras. This compact unit features a joystick for precise pan, tilt, and zoom control, along with dedicated knobs and buttons for quick access to frequently used functions, bypassing the camera menus.

Designed for efficient multi-camera management, the controller can handle up to 100 cameras over IP. It also includes advanced "paint" functions to adjust camera settings centrally, stores up to 100 presets, and offers discrete zoom, focus, and iris controls.

IP Addressing & Camera Numbering

The RM-IP500/1 automatically manages IP addresses and assigns camera numbers, simplifying network setup and speeding up camera configuration.

Preset Storage

The controller can store and recall up to 100 camera presets, including angles and settings, depending on camera specification and firmware version.

Tally Functions

Includes Normal Tally, On-Air Tally, and Contact modes to indicate camera status across your setup.

Camera Paint Functions

Adjust camera settings centrally without accessing each camera's menu. Control black levels, white balance, flicker cancel, detail level, knee point, auto exposure, iris, gain, and shutter speed directly from the RM-IP500/1.
