GVM G100W Overview
GVM has put together this G100W Bi-Color LED Video Light Kit with Lantern Softbox for image makers who require color flexibility with the option of a dramatically different light quality. The kit is built around the G100W Bi-Color LED Video Light with color that's variable from 3200 to 5600K to seamlessly blend into any ambient light situation, match other fixtures, or just for creative expression. The light's high CRI/TLCI of 97 is evidence of advanced color rendering, meaning your colors will always be true. Light intensity is variable too, from 0 to 99%. The G100W is ready for worldwide use, via its 100 to 240V power adapter, and it comes with a stand to support it.
For a completely different look GVM includes a Lantern Globe Softbox - a 26" spherical, globe-style modifier with a 270° beam spread that can evenly illuminate an entire room, provide a natural-looking soft look, or raise the ambient light level in a complex scene . Well-suited to both still photo and video applications, the fully assembled modifier sets up in seconds, and uses a tension-based frame to retain its shape. Its popular Bowens-style mount is compatible with a wide range and continuous light sources, such as LED fixtures or strobe monolights. The radius of the omni-directional light output may be flagged and controlled by attaching the included softbox skirt.
