The SmallRig "Night Eagle" Cage 5258 for Nikon Z5 / Z5II / Z6 / Z6II / Z7 / Z7II offers full camera protection with a professional aesthetic, combining a curved structure, gold accents, Nikon’s iconic red mark, and vintage leather detailing. Designed for secure and stable mounting, it features a three-point locking system with a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and dual M2.5 side screws, along with built-in pads to prevent scratches. The cage maintains full access to all camera functions and ports, and includes a detachable anti-twist cold shoe mount, compatible with microphones (ID 3487), video lights (ID 4660), and other accessories. With multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded and locating holes, ARRI mounts, a NATO rail, QD socket, and strap slots, it supports a wide range of gear including handles, monitor mounts, rod clamps, and V-mount battery systems. An Arca-Swiss base ensures quick compatibility with tripods and DJI RS-series gimbals, while a built-in double head wrench adds convenience for setup and teardown.
