How to claim
- Buy an eligible product from Photogear between 1 November and 31 December 2026. You must have the product in your hands by 31 December: items on back order that arrive after that date don't qualify.
- Fill in Fujifilm's online claim form by 11:59pm Sunday 17 January 2027: X Series claim form or GFX claim form.
- Have these ready: your Photogear receipt (it shows the date and our name), the product's serial number, and your New Zealand bank account details.
- Fujifilm checks your claim and emails you. Allow up to 28 days after approval for the payment.
