amaran Cam 4K Webcam

Overview

The amaran Cam 4K Webcam is a 4K webcam built to make streams and video calls look professionally lit. It reads the exposure on your face and automatically adjusts connected amaran lights to suit, so you stay properly lit without touching a control.

It focuses in about a quarter of a second, zooms in up to 2x without losing quality and runs for up to 72 hours continuously. Plug it into a USB-A port, clip it to the top of your monitor and it is ready to go, with no drivers to hunt for.

Automatic Lighting Control

Auto lighting works with compatible amaran lights from 2024 onwards. The camera measures how well your face is lit and tunes the lights to match, which keeps colour accurate and exposure steady as you move or the room changes. The amaran desktop app gives you extra control over how the webcam and your lights work together.

Multi-Cam Streaming

Up to four Cams can be connected to one computer, and you switch between them in the amaran desktop app or with a separately purchased Elgato Stream Deck. The webcam works with the video apps most people already use, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Slack, which makes it easy to build a small streaming studio.
