Overview
Set up the Autocue Explorer 19" Teleprompter System in large production spaces and record scripted content with a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or camcorder thanks to its large monitor. The 19" screen delivers a 6m reading range, 400 cd/m² brightness, and 1280 x 1024 resolution on a 4:3 aspect ratio display, with HDMI, VGA, and composite inputs for flexible integration into your existing broadcast setup. An included HDMI cable connects a laptop to the system right out of the box, and a 1-year license for Autocue's Explorer Teleprompting Software is bundled in.
Tool-Free Camera Mounting
The included mounting kit and accessories adapt to your gear for quick adjustments without tools. Secure your recording device to the camera carriage with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws, adjust the base to lens centre height from 5 to 14 cm, and move the carriage along the 19mm rod set to achieve the perfect camera balance.
Beamsplitter and Hood
A medium-sized hood with collapsible fabric lens seal keeps light from creeping in around the 70/30 beamsplitter glass, so on-camera talent reads a clean, bright script every time.
