Deity Microdot 4mm Omni-Directional Lapel Mic Overview

This black Deity Microphones W.Lav Pro with Microdot Connector is a miniature waterproof omnidirectional lavalier microphone designed to deliver clear, natural speech reproduction in film and video production applications, even in challenging outdoor conditions.

Its 1.8m attached cable is terminated with a Microdot connector for easy integration with a Microdot-equipped wireless microphone transmitter. Optional adapters are available separately to convert the Microdot output to a 3.5mm, LEMO 3-Pin, TA4F, or TA5F connector to work with various wireless transmitters and recorders.

The W.Lav Pro's condenser capsule offers an omnidirectional polar pattern with a wider frequency response and higher SPL handling than the W.Lav mic. The IP57 rating means the mic is dustproof and waterproof at a depth of up to 1m for 30 minutes. Utilise the supplied foam windscreen to inhibit light wind noise and plosives. Being the same size as industry-standard lav mics, the W.Lav Pro is compatible with common accessories from LMC, Ursa, Bubblebee Industries, and more.
