Overview

The Godox QS1200II Flash Head is a 1200Ws, 5600K daylight-balanced flash source with sophisticated core and convenience features at an affordable price point. It recycles in 0.3 to 1.5 sec with flash durations as short as 1/2000 sec, and power is variable from 1/32 to full output, adjustable in 50 steps. The 150W modeling light offers a Proportional mode to aid light placement and a Percentage mode that adjusts brightness from 5 to 100%. Weighing just 4.3 kg, the QS1200II makes it easy to assemble a multi-head kit without lugging a heavy case around, and it runs on 100 to 120 VAC mains power via a tilting stand mount.

Built-In 2.4 GHz Wireless X System

The QS1200II has a built-in 32-channel X1 radio system with 16 groups, making wireless power, modeling light, and triggering control possible with the separate purchase of an XT16, FT16, or X1 transmitter.

Precise Power Adjustment

Power can be adjusted from 1/32 to 1/1 (6 stops) in 50 steps in 0.1 increments, while the 150W modeling light has 3 modes for fine control over your preview brightness.

Slave Trigger Modes

The QS1200II offers Off, S1, and S2 slave trigger modes and can sync with cameras that fire a single pre-flash.

Anti-Pre-Flash Function

An anti-pre-flash function makes the QS1200II easy to work with point-and-shoot and other cameras that use a pre-flash, avoiding early or double triggering.

Wide Bowens-Mount Modifier Support

A Bowens front accessory mount lets the QS1200II use Godox modifiers as well as accessories from the many other manufacturers that use this system.
