Overview

The SmallRig CCS2493 Cage for Sony a6600 Camera is a formfitting aluminum cage that adds a wide range of mounting options to your a6600 for microphones, handles, monitors, and other accessories. The camera attaches to the cage via a 1/4"-20 threaded screw, with an included M2.5 screw securing it further through the shoulder strap anchor, while rubberized pads and the dual-screw attachment keep the camera from twisting inside the cage. Despite the added protection and mounting points, the cage keeps the camera's controls, ports, and battery plate fully accessible.
