Tilta Camera Cage Pro Kit for Canon C80 Overview

A comprehensive bundle for professional Canon C80 cinema camera rig configurations with V-mount batteries, this Camera Cage Pro Kit from Tilta combines the base kit contents with a V-mount battery plate, DC cable, baseplate, a wooden side handle, a mini tool kit, and two 30 cm threaded 15mm rods. 

This camera cage provides additional protection for the camera body while expanding mounting options for various accessories. The Full Cage features a Cold Shoe Receiver, NATO Rail, Wrist Strap Holder, 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 Threads, both with Locating Points. Unique to this cage is the Side Plate that features integrated button extensions for the camera body that provide tactile feedback and easy access. The opposite Side Plate features threads that quickly accommodate a vertical configuration.

The Top Plate is designed to allow unobstructed access to the original C80 Top Handle Mounting Point, making this cage an ideal option for users who intend to keep the original handle. Also included is an ergonomic Wooden Handle which mounts via NATO Rail and provides additional comfort when operating or handling the camera. The Release Button on the side of the mount allows users to easily adjust the angle of the handle to achieve the perfect operating position as well as to re-position quickly when adjusting for different shots.

This Kit also includes a 15mm LWS Baseplate which allows users to mount various rod-based accessories such as Follow Focus Systems or Matte Boxes. The Baseplate is compatible with Tilta Standard Dovetails and can accommodate a wide range of quick-release plates through 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads on the bottom. The included Battery Plate and Power Cable allow users to extend the operating time of the C80 and power accessories via a 60W PD USB-C Port, a P-Tap Port, and a 2-Pin Lemo connection. The Dual Rod Adapter makes this unit easy to integrate into systems that utilize 15mm LWS rods.
