Overview
The DJI Care Refresh for Neo 2 (1-Year Plan) gives your DJI Neo 2 up to two replacement units over one year, and up to one of them can be a flyaway replacement. It covers water damage, collisions, crashes and flyaway incidents. Official warranty is provided during the validity period. Your plan arrives as a digital activation code, with instructions sent by email.

Eligibility
DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
- Brand new and unactivated product
- Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours
