Godox ML150 RF PaletteLab Full-Colour LED Light (White)

Overview

The Godox ML150 RF PaletteLab Full-Colour LED Light (White) is a compact full-colour LED light that gives videographers, photographers and content creators accurate colour control in the studio or on location. Its colour range runs from 1800 to 10,000K, and a PaletteLab colour engine covers CCT, HSI, RGBW, gel, FX and XY modes for matching or creating almost any look.

It runs from mains power or an optional V-Mount battery for cable-free work, and you can control it from the body, over DMX or from the Godox Light app. A zoom lens reflector, power accessories, a bracket and a storage bag are all included, so one light is ready to travel.

Colour Modes & Effects

• CCT, HSI, RGBW, Gel, FX and XY modes

• Intensity from 0 to 100% with linear, S-curve, exponential or logarithmic dimming
• 14 built-in effects, including flash, lightning, cloudy, broken bulb, TV, candle, fire, fireworks, explosion, welding, police car, SOS, RGB cycle and party

Spot Brightness

With the included zoom lens set to a spot beam, the light puts out about 13,800 lux at 1 m, which is plenty for interviews, product work and music videos. Colour rendering stays high, with CRI and TLCI ratings of 96, and the compact body suits tight spaces and demanding shoots.

Onboard, DMX & App Control

Use the controls on the light, wired DMX and RDM, or the Godox Light app over Bluetooth and NFC, which adjusts settings from up to 30 m away. Godox's DMX-C2 adapter cable is sold separately, and CRMX control is possible with the optional TimoLink. Firmware updates are installed through the app.

Battery or Mains Power

The modular design takes the included V-Mount plate, so you can swap in Godox's optional ML-BA battery or optional 14.8 or 26 V V-Mount batteries for work in the field. For uninterrupted studio use, the light also runs from AC power through the supplied adapter.
