Hollyland LARK M3 USB-C Plug-In Wireless Receiver (2.4 GHz)

Overview

The Hollyland LARK M3 USB-C Plug-In Receiver is the compact receiver for the LARK M3 wireless microphone system. It plugs straight into a phone, tablet or computer and picks up as many as four LARK M3 transmitters, which are sold separately, so it suits interviews and multi-person recording. It can be used at the same time as the camera-mount receiver.

Apple MFi certification supports iOS devices, and playback without unplugging lets you listen on the connected device with the receiver still in place. The internal rechargeable battery runs for up to 8 hours, and the receiver can also run continuously from USB-C power for long sessions.

Four Independent Tracks

Plug the receiver into a computer and use compatible third-party recording software to capture four separate tracks, one for each transmitter. With every voice on its own track, you can balance or fix one speaker in the edit without affecting the others. Six levels of gain adjustment in the app let you set the recording level.

Receiver Modes

With several receivers in use, the first one connected becomes the Primary Receiver, which handles system control and real-time transmitter monitoring. Secondary Receivers can watch transmitter status but cannot change settings. The app can mute individual transmitters or all of them at once, and control the transmitters' indicator lights.

LARK M3 System Features

The LARK M3 platform supports up to four transmitters and four receivers. Transmitters and receivers can be added or removed mid-shoot without interrupting the recording. It records 48 kHz / 32-bit float on iOS and 24-bit on Android, with three levels of AI noise cancellation, eight vocal presets, one-tap vocal enhancement with de-essing and Auto-Limit Clip Protection.
