Overview
The Insta360 Protective Utility Frame for X6 combines drop protection with extra mounting flexibility in one frame. High-strength steel with an internal silicone buffer absorbs daily bumps and accidental drops, while an optimised latch structure locks the camera in firmly yet still opens easily, even with gloves on.
Steel Construction with Silicone Buffer
Steel on the outside and a silicone buffer on the inside work together so bumps and drops stop at the frame rather than reaching the camera underneath.
Two 1/4"-20 Mounting Points
A standard 1/4"-20 mount on the bottom is joined by a second 1/4"-20 interface on the side, adding a horizontal mounting option and opening up new angles and setups beyond what a single bottom mount allows.
