The Kondor Blue Mini Lock Quick Release System (Female Receiver Only, Space Gray) is a compact receiver component designed for fast and secure mounting of accessories such as magic arms, monitors, microphones, and other rig equipment. It pairs with a separately available Mini Lock quick release plate and secures in place using a precision quick release lever.

Smaller and more refined than previous mini quick release designs, this receiver maintains compatibility with earlier Mini Quick Release plates and related ecosystem accessories, making it an ideal upgrade or expansion for existing rigs.

Mounting & Compatibility

The Mini Lock receiver features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting directly onto a cage, rig, or support arm. Two removable 3 mm ARRI-style anti-twist pins can be installed in either orientation to match your setup requirements.

The outer profile remains compatible with KONDOR BLUE anti-twist cradles and related accessories, ensuring seamless integration into existing builds. All included mounting hardware is constructed from durable stainless steel for long-term reliability.

Secure Locking Mechanism

Due to the compact footprint of the Mini Lock system, maintaining tight tolerances is essential for reliable performance. The safety latch remains fixed when open and incorporates an integrated M4 nylon-tipped set screw.

Using one of the included 2 mm hex wrenches, users can fine-tune the plate-to-plate fit by adjusting the set screw. The nylon tip glides smoothly along the mating surface, eliminating unwanted play without scratching or damaging the finish.
