Overview
The Manfrotto Uncover Backpack (Black, 30L) is a discreet camera pack built for creators who move between work, travel and shooting without wanting their gear on display. It uses a sleek, minimal aesthetic and an innovative SmartLift system that switches the pack between camera mode and everyday daypack mode in seconds. A removable, padded camera insert holds a mirrorless or compact DSLR with an attached lens up to 70-200mm plus five additional lenses, while the roll top expands the upper compartment from 25L to 33L when extra capacity is needed for travel or daily essentials. Constructed from three layers of water-resistant TriTex fabric with weather-sealed YKK zippers and a PU-coated base, it is built to handle wet weather and daily commuting alike.
SmartLift Camera and Daypack System
The removable camera insert has adjustable dividers and its own handle, so it doubles as a standalone case when you only need to carry your camera gear. Unzip the SmartLift floor and the insert lifts out entirely, opening up one large interior compartment for travel days or a straightforward commute.
Side Access and Organized Storage

Exterior Carry Options
A custom aluminum G-hook secures the roll top, and a dual-laminated Cordura FlexGrid panel with laser-cut holes lets you clip carabiners and accessories to the outside of the pack. A side exterior pocket holds a water bottle, travel tripod or umbrella, and a trolley sleeve attaches the backpack to the handle of rolling luggage. The pack also has room for a compact drone kit without eating into space reserved for clothing or daily essentials.
Comfort and Weather Protection
A ventilated mesh back panel and padded harness keep the pack comfortable over long days of commuting, exploring or shooting. The three-layer TriTex construction, weather-sealed YKK zippers and PU-coated base provide reinforced protection in wet conditions.
