Built around the Matterport Pro3 camera, this kit adds essential accessories including a charging kit, two batteries, tripod mount, tripod, wheeled tripod dolly, door stops, hard case, and backpack for a more complete scanning workflow.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor capture, the Pro3 combines LiDAR-based depth scanning, high-resolution panoramic imaging, fast scan times, and swappable batteries to support demanding location work. It delivers up to 20 mm accuracy at 10 m, captures millions of measurements per scan, and scans up to four times faster than the Matterport Pro2, helping professionals document larger spaces with greater speed and detail.

The Pro3 is designed to capture complete spaces and their surroundings, allowing users to create unified Matterport models that can include both interior and exterior areas. This makes it highly useful for property marketing, site documentation, construction progress records, insurance, facilities planning, and immersive client presentations.

Fast LiDAR Scanning with High Accuracy

The Pro3 uses an ultrafast LiDAR sensor to collect depth data with 20 mm accuracy at 10 m and a maximum operating range of up to 100 m when using E57 workflows. With less than 20 seconds required per scan, it helps reduce time on site while still capturing dense spatial information for detailed digital twins.

Enhanced Digital Twin Detail

Enhanced mesh processing provides greater 3D model detail for improved dollhouse views, more accurate spatial interpretation, better tagging, and more useful measurements. This added detail is especially valuable for facilities management, space planning, renovation work, compliance documentation, and estimating tasks.

Performance Kit for Complete Location Work

The Performance Kit expands the Pro3 camera into a more complete scanning system. The included charging kit and two batteries support longer capture sessions, while the tripod, tripod mount, and wheeled tripod dolly help maintain consistent camera positioning and smooth movement through larger spaces.

Transport and Protection Included

Matterport Platform Workflow

The Pro3 sends scans to the Matterport app on a compatible Apple or Android mobile device. Matterport cloud processing can then stitch capture data into 3D models, 360° panoramas, walkthroughs, floor plans, MatterPaks, E57 files, BIM workflows, and other deliverables depending on the subscription plan and selected services.

Software (Not Included)

Matterport software access and cloud services are not included as a permanent bundled software licence. Matterport Pro3 cameras require a separately obtained Matterport Professional or Business subscription plan to access 3D models, floor plans, Mattertags, cloud editing, collaboration, and related platform features.
