Overview

The Metabones T CINE Smart Mark II Lens Mount Adapter for Canon EF Lens to Canon RF Camera takes EF-S lenses as well as EF, with full electronic communication, so autofocus, aperture control, Exif data and image stabilisation carry through. It is made from aluminium alloy with brass mounting rings, and both the lens and camera sides use secure positive-locking mounts.

Full Electronic Control

Anything the lens can do on its native camera, such as autofocus, image stabilisation and camera-controlled aperture, is passed through, and Exif metadata is saved with your images when the lens can generate it. The adapter draws its power from the camera body, so most lenses need no external power. EF-M lenses are not supported.

Adapter Design

• Rubber gasket that protects the RF mount connection from dust and moisture
• Brass mounting rings that resist wear, in a chrome-plated aluminium alloy body that keeps weight down
• Matte-black interior that reduces reflections inside the barrel, so they don't show up as glare
• Removable tripod collar with a detachable Arca-Type foot and a 1/4"-20 thread, so heavy lenses sit on a plate or tripod rather than the camera mount
