Overview

Joining one of Nanlite's most beloved series, the 10" long PavoTube II 6CP RGB LED Tube Light was developed to provide broad lighting control in a fun, easy, and multifaceted tube-shaped light. If compared to the previous PavoTube II 6C, the all-new 6CP arrives with the Nebula C4 light engine, an upgraded internal battery and more functionalities, but Nanlite still kept the convenient length and the lightweight body of its predecessor. Color temperature can now be adjusted from a wider 2400-12,000K range, and expanded green-magenta control is another relevant addition, as well as quick NFC app connectivity.

Onboard buttons and a clear screen make it easy to choose from a rich RGBW color gamut and other settings. With 10W, 164 lux at 1 meter of illuminance, and color-accurate CRI/TLCI 95 ratings, the 6CP works as a compact, bright, versatile light source for everyday creations. It also enables magnetic or 1/4"-20 for mounting flexibility, and Nanlite includes a USB-C charging cable and a carry bag to give you some essential accessories right out of the box. Ultra-portable, the PavoTube II 6CP suits both video-based and still imaging applications, especially when space is at a minimum.

Nebula C4 Light Engine

Nanlite's latest generation of their most popular LED tube, the PavoTube II 6CP is a 10" light that emits up to 164 lux at 1 meter and can be used to achieve complete color control and variable brightness for both video and stills. The PavoTube II 6CP brings 15 lighting effects to fully adapt to fun, creative looks, while 0-100% in 1% increments will help you find the right intensity you need. Additionally, the 6CP's Nebula C4 light engine enables an extended CCT mode that offers a wide 2400-12,000K color temperature range with precise green-magenta adjustments by +/- 150.

Control & Connectivity

NFC for Quick Pairing

The PavoTube II 6CP provides multiple features over the tube light for different types of content creation and scenarios. Local control enables easy transition over the lighting settings, including different modes and 15 lighting effects. When looking to wirelessly control the 6CP and explore its functionalities from a distance, you have the option of using the free Nanlink app. The addition of quick Bluetooth pairing via NFC allows you to easily connect the 6CP to your smartphone or tablet using the Nanlink app. Finally, a sliding on/off switch speeds up powering.

Gel Presets & Group Effects

Suitable for a variety of uses, from video calls to fill or accent lighting, the PavoTube II 6CP is small enough for hiding unobtrusively in small areas on a set or at home, and it is great for simulating specific lighting scenarios that can otherwise be tricky to recreate. The 6CP comes with a total of 460 gel presets from Lee and Rosco, along with eight group effects that can be controlled through the Nanlink app—a great way to explore creative options when using multiple 6CP tubes.

Runs Longer, Charges Faster

The light's integrated rechargeable battery was improved and has a higher 3200mAh capacity, delivering longer runtimes and faster recharging when compared to the original PavoTube II 6C.

Improved Magnetic Mounting

Nanlite integrated stronger, more reliable magnets into the PavoTube II 6CP's design to ensure safe attachment to metal surfaces. Giving you flexible mounting possibilities, the 6CP also features 1/4"-20 receivers at both ends. The light is T12 compatible and works with the separately available AS-WB-PTII6C waterproof bag for rain or underwater use. Other optional accessories include a grid, a mini tripod, and a mounting coupler.
